Why are Americans so gullible?

P.T. Barnum once said what is, without a doubt, one of the biggest truths ever spoken by man: “There is a sucker born every minute.”

The Internet is a great advancement in technology. You can read about important news as they are happening, rather than read it tomorrow morning when they are old news. Print newspapers are bound to eventually disappear.

But every advancement of human technology is bound to be a double edged sword. It can be used for good things, the reporting of news, and it can be used for evil endeavors, like the never ending and always present Capitalist scams and frauds.

I am sure that you have seen them while you surf cyberspace. “Make $5,000.00 from home while working only three hours per week.” say the advertisements which you are likely to encounter. I am sure that thousands of idiots listen to and answer these siren songs. [See: http://coreyhasmoney.com/ca/?t202id=17992&t202kw=GCash2MyFoxTampaBayRunofSite]

People: wake up and listen: you can't make something from nothing. You will loose your time and your money. Don't fall for these scams.

Mortgages converted into securities, credit default swaps and collaterized debt obligations are some of the very impressive sounding names which Capitalists gave to their newly devised scams and frauds.

The greed bubble was inflated every day. Until it burst. Now millions face unemployment.

If people learned to be a little skeptical, used common sense, and not follow the crowd of gullible idiots, they would enjoy their lives to the fullest.
